Program Overview
The primary objective of the FPM is to develop exceptional scholars equipped for impactful careers in teaching, research, and thought leadership. The program enables participants to gain in-depth knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and specialized research skills across various areas of management.

Program Duration
The FPM is a three-year full-time program, with all academic requirements to be completed within three and a half years.

Scholars may submit their thesis after a minimum of two years from the date of registration.

In exceptional cases, the duration may be extended twice by one year each, with approval from the Director.

The maximum duration permitted for thesis submission is five years from the date of admission.
